So I’ve been playing this game called Little Nightmares lately. Not one of those loud, jump-scare horror games. Nah, this one’s different. It’s quiet. Creepy in a subtle way. You play as this small kid named Six, trapped in this massive, creepy place called The Maw. Imagine a giant underwater resort, but everything’s twisted and dark. The monsters there aren’t the usual zombies or demons. No, these guys are grotesque and strange — oversized, slow-moving, and oddly human-ish. You don’t fight them. You hide, sneak around, and sometimes just run for your life.
It’s more about atmosphere than action. The whole game feels like you’re crawling through a nightmare where everything is too big and too weird. The puzzles are simple but tricky, and the way you move through the world makes you feel vulnerable. Like, you’re tiny and helpless — which kinda adds to the tension.

One thing that gets me every time is how beautifully creepy it looks. The shadows, the dim lights, the way the environment feels like it’s alive in some sick way.
